Objetivo: Conocer la opinión de las mujeres embarazadas internadas sobre los cuidados recibidos por el personal de enfermería en el servicio de internación del Hospital Príncipe de Asturias. Villa Libertador. Córdoba. Enero. Mayo. 2016. Material y Métodos: Población: mujeres embarazadas internadas en el Hospital Municipal Príncipe de Asturias en el periodo enero – mayo 2016. Técnica e instrumento de recolección de datos: encuesta a mujeres embarazadas internadas y como instrumento cuestionario de satisfacción del cuidado. Conclusiones: Las mujeres embarazadas encuestadas tienen una media de edad de 24,82. El 50% no finalizó el secundario. El 80% se encuentra en pareja con un promedio de 2 y
3 hijos. Las gestantes en su opinión percibieron que la enfermera: es accesible (68%), monitorea y hace seguimiento (66%), mantiene relación de confianza (55%), explica y facilita (55%), conforta (54%), se anticipa (47%). Percibieron en el cuidado de enfermería disponibilidad expresada en relación de apoyo y ayuda. Pero también se observó déficit en la comunicación con la paciente y familiares, el cual pone en
evidencia la dificultad de enfermería para abordar situaciones más complejas relativas a la salud de la embarazada. Además se encontraron asociaciones estadísticamente significativas.
Objective: To know the opinion of the hospitalized pregnant woman on the care received by the nursing staff in the hospitalization service at the Príncipe de Asturias Hospital. Villa Libertador. Cordoba. January. May. 2016. Material and Methods: Population: pregnant women hospitalized in the Municipal Hospital Principe de Asturias in the period January – May 2016. Technique and instrument of data collection: survey of pregnant women hospitalized and as an instrument a questionnaire of satisfaction of care. Conclusions: The average age of the pregnant women surveyed is 24.82. The 50% did not finishsecondary school 80% have a couple with an average of 2 and 3 children. The pregnant women in t their opinion perceived that the nurse: is accessible (68%), monitors and follows up (66%), maintains trust (55%), explains and facilitates (55%), comfort (54%) anticipates (47%). They perceived in nursing care availability expressed in relation of support and help. But there was also a deficit in communication with the patient and family, which highlights the difficulty of nursing to address more complex situations related to the health of the pregnant woman. In addition, statistically significant associations were found.
