dc.description.abstract	La irrupción de la COVID-19, la posterior declaración de pandemia que realizara la OMS con fecha 11/03/2020, y la consecuente derivación en restricciones estatales a las libertades individuales en numerosos países, marcan un derrotero inédito de creciente anormalidad para las actividades vinculadas al sector viaje y turismo en general, y en el turismo aéreo en particular. La necesidad de brindar una salida jurídica al conflicto de intereses suscitado por la mentada situación en el ámbito del turismo, con especial énfasis en el turismo aerocomercial, constituye el origen y la finalidad de este trabajo.	es
dc.description.abstract	The emergence of COVID-19, the subsequent declaration of a pandemic to be made by WHO on 03/11/2020, and the consequent derivation of state restrictions on individual freedoms in many countries, mark an unprecedented path of increasing abnormality in activities linked to the travel and tourism sector in general, and in air tourism in particular. The need to provide a legal solution to the conflict of interest caused by the mentioned situation in the field of tourism, with special emphasis on aero-commercial tourism, constitutes the origin and purpose of this work.	en
