Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, propone al lector indagar sobre tres capítulos, se compone de un objetivo general que consiste en describir para conocer la aprobación o rechazo del presupuesto nacional, en la honorable cámara de diputados de la nación período 139°, normas legales en partes, considerando aspectos, también en su objetivo específico es el de especificar las expresiones de los diputados dentro del recinto en debate, apreciando la estructura del texto argumentativo, en referencia a la 11° reunión, sesión de prórroga, diciembre 16 de 2021, todo el trabajo es en partes, las características esenciales con inicio en la recopilación de datos, con la aplicación de la metodología descriptiva, en referencia a la toma de decisiones en el diseño de políticas públicas, a partir de la iniciativa política, es decir, apreciar el desarrollo del poder legislativo en las resoluciones ejecutivas que desde su conformación heterogénea en un contexto contemporáneo, para conocimiento y consideración de actualidad y un futuro inminente.

The present research work proposes to the reader to inquire about three chapters, it consists of a general objective that consists of describing to know the approval or rejection of the national budget, in the honorable chamber of deputies of the nation, period 139, legal norms in parties, considering aspects, also in its specific objective is to specify the expressions of the deputies within the venue under debate, appreciating the structure of the argumentative text, referring to the 11th meeting, extension session, December 16, 2021, all the work is in parts, the essential characteristics starting with the data collection, with the application of the descriptive methodology, in reference to decision-making in the design of public policies, based on the political initiative, that is, to appreciate the development of the legislative power in the executive resolutions that from its heterogeneous conformation in a contemporary context, for knowledge and consideration of current affairs and an imminent future.
