This work proposes a methodology to obtain DEM from InSAR, adjusted and validated using GNSS data acquired in the field. To generate the InSAR DEM, SAR images from the ASI COSMO-SkyMed mission were used and processed with the SNAP ESA software from the ESA. On the other hand, to obtain the 58 adjustment points and 39 validation points the Trimble R6 receiver and TBC software were used. Adjustment and validation were programmed in Python, using a linear spline and cubic spline (radial basis function) to develop the surfaces as mathematical tools for the adjustment. The selected case study is the city of Rosario, Argentina. In the validation, the adjusted COSMO-SkyMed DEM and the 39 GNSS control points were compared and an average difference of 0.85 meters was obtained.
